Knocked check / ignore knocked

Makes the aimbot skip players who are already knocked down, so it goes for the real threats.

In games with a downed state (Apex Legends, Fortnite squads), a knocked player is no threat. Ignore knocked stops the aimbot wasting shots on them and moves on to standing enemies.

Apex Private has Ignore Knocked for both the aimbot and glow.
