The Game Just Updated: What Happens to Your Cheat (and What to Do)

Patch day is the riskiest day to cheat. Most avoidable bans happen in the hours right after an update, when people load a cheat that has not been checked against the new version. Here is what happens behind the scenes and what you should do.

Why updates break cheats

Cheats read and draw from the game's memory. An update can move things around in memory, change how the game behaves or ship a new anti-cheat build. A cheat built for yesterday's version can show ESP in the wrong place, crash the game or, worst case, be detected.

What the status labels mean

On our status page, every product has a live label:

Label Meaning Should you play?
Undetected Working and tested on the current version Yes
Testing Updated and being tested Wait
Updating The game changed and the cheat is being updated No
Detected Not safe to use No
Offline Unavailable for now No

The patch-day routine

  1. Don't load the cheat the moment the game updates. Check the status page first.
  2. Wait for Undetected. Testing exists for a reason.
  3. Update the loader if your setup guide or our Discord says so.
  4. Start careful. Use a legit config for your first few matches. See legit aimbot settings.
  5. Join the Discord. Status changes and restocks are announced there first.

What about my key time?

If a product is down for a long stretch after an update, open a ticket in our Discord. The support page has the details.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a cheat take to update after a patch?

It depends on how big the update is. Small patches can take hours; big anti-cheat changes take longer. The status page always shows where it stands.

Can I play on "Testing"?

We recommend waiting until it shows Undetected.

Does a spoofer need updating too?

Sometimes. Check its status like any other product. More in do you need a HWID spoofer?.
