Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vivid operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Arbitration: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.

Informal Resolution: Before initiating arbitration or legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days. Contact us at support@vividcheats.com or through our contact page.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any arbitration or legal action shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action.
